What front mount intercooler (except the Rallye one) will fit behind the original Corrado G60 front bumper and crossmember Maybe an oem intercooler of another car brand?

Golf mk2 G60 wil fit perfectly behind the Corrado radiator, also it will fit the front support beam like it the Corrado was designed to be fitted with the bigger intercooler, but VW decided that it would be cheaper to stick to a much smaller IC unit....

About 600mm x 200mm, this is not as easy as it looks? you will need to chop the bumper/(fender) to allow airflow-cut out the number plate recess then strengthen the whole front bumper/(fender) with fibreglass, mesh the recess hole then mount & plumb the cooler & repaint the bumper/(fender). Ebay has all you will need pretty cheaply, I would advise you to custom make it yourself as this will keep the cost at a minimum. Ps remove your bumper & measure the space you have before purchasing the cooler, you will also need to part cut away the slam panal verticle support in order to accom cooler. Steve.

Hey Steve, thx a lot for the info...
I've done my search and the bottomline is that the best fit and less-to-nothing cutting/moddifing is the Golf MK2 G60 non-AC one, which i have found Thanks pal

I did in fact Looks nice but i was looking for something more oem, suble, without involving any bumper cutting But i've decided not to go for FMIC at this stage after all
