1991 Corrado 2.8 VR6 SLC

Hy!
Ive got corrado vr6. Offcorse when I buy it I feel great when i push gas pedal in to floor and it fly away but now I come up with crazy idea to get a turbo
Can anybody explain me how to start and what I need?? I think in start get about 0,4Bar. And here some questions -

Orginal pistons can handle up to 400HP safe. The orginal engine can handele until 0.6 bar turbo pressure. After that u must lower your compression with a steel sandwichplate. But if u want spent some extra cash u can buy lower compression pistons. Arp Bolt etc etc.

Sounds crazy that the stock vr6 engine can handle up to 400hp
But do I need to put head spacer if I plan to blow about 0,4bar??
And turbo chip is nessesery anyway??

Under 0.6 bar no spacer needed. Software u must change that. Stock injectors wil handle up to 250HP

1995 Corrado 2.9 VR6

An original VR6 can handle Max tot 420bhp en 1 bar boost.
A decompression plate is wise to use.

Hibvr6 drive's a VR6Turbo with 376 bhp en max 0,95 bar.
He has no mods at his pistons etc.

But one more dumb question
I understand that:
I need just turbo setup and engine stays stock.
I think wise will be to change head gasket to metal one?? Or stock gasket also can handle about 0,5bar boost presure???
And if I plan to boost about 0,5bar what thickness gasket I need??
Whats with oil cooler? I understand it stays in oil line before turbine??
